Air Scare: Terrified Passenger Tells All

Videos recently surfaced this past weekend of 39 year old Florida woman Brittany Devito incoherently screaming at a Delta flight attendant as tears streamed down her face, begging the attendant to deplane because she saw something utterly terrifying. One passenger, 77 year old Mike Smith, told reporters that he was at first skeptical at the woman's hysteria, but quickly became just as terrified as "she seemed to have logical thinking skills and a docile demeanor."

Speculations continued as the story made its way to the popular social media app, TikTok. Strangers began making videos addressing the Florida woman, begging her to reveal why she so desperately wanted to deplane. Some wondered if she had defecated in her seat, others blamed psychosis. Jan, the flight attendant on the Delta plane, suspected that the fuss was due to the airline replacing their famous Biscoff cookies with a soggy Fig Newton Bar.

Initially, Brittany issued no response. However, the Florida woman was seen on The Today Show just this morning explaining to Hoda and Savannah Guthrie why she was in such distress.

“I looked to my right,” the woman explains, “and I saw probably one of the scariest things I've ever seen.” Before she could work up the courage to share what she had seen, the Florida woman burst into tears. Hoda and Savannah were able to calm her down after several minutes of gentle caressing and intimate eye contact, and held her hand for the reveal.

She ultimately revealed that what she had seen that left her in a state of such distress was a boys lacrosse team from Greenwich, Connecticut.

The Florida woman ended her interview by sharing that she will be discussing her complaint with the Delta Airline and John F. Kennedy International Airport where she saw these boys. She will be lobbying for private charters for any large group of teenage boys, specifically ones carrying sports equipment. “It's just too scary to have to look at,” the woman noted. “I don’t want anybody to have to go through what I went through that day.”

At press time, Ms. Devito told reporters that she hopes charters could also be arranged for old people with facial moles and gingers.
